Based on the information available to us from discussion with the client, we develop a specification which contains details of the company and defines the scope of duties and responsibilities of the position to be filled, its integration in the organisational structure of the company, and the profile of the ideal candidate concerning age, education, professional experience and personality.

The specification must be approved by the client to ensure mutual agreement. It also offers brief but comprehensive information about the position to the candidate.

Systematic search

As a rule, we approach suitable candidates directly. In particular cases of positions and criteria standards it might be well advisable, to include media advertising, university contacts, and internet recruitment.
